Commercial & Swap Meet Vendor Contract

VSRA Ohio Nationals at Medina Fairgrounds on June 22 & 23, 2012

Vendor Spaces

Commercial spot is 10’ front x 20’ deep at $20.00 & $80 Door Prize!

Swap Meet space is 10’ frontage x 20’ deep at $20.00

Car Corral space is $20.00 per vehicle

Food Vendor space per trailer at $50.00

The location of the Medina Fairgrounds is 710 West Smith Rd. / Medina, Ohio 44256-2423

Automobiles and related items only are to be sold at the VSRA meet.

The hours of the event are Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 9:30pm

Set up can be done on Thursday 12pm until 4pm

The VSRA reserves the right to refuse, reject or remove any vendor.

Security is the responsibility of each vendor

Confirmation and space location will be mailed upon acceptance of vendor.

Make all checks out to VSRA and mail to VSRA / 1024 Mitchell Rd. / Kingsport, TN 37663.
