I live in South Central Pennsylvania and I have been active in the Oldsmobile community for many years. My daughter and I have started two Oldsmobile clubs here in Pennsylvania since 2001, The Allegheny Rockets first and then in 2009 we started the Oldsmobile Club of Central Pennsylvania which you can reach at oldsmobileclubofcentralpa.com. We have restored and owned many Oldsmobile’s over the years, among them are a 1957 88 Oldsmobile coupe, a 1964 Oldsmobile Ninety Eight convertible, a 1964 Oldsmobile Cutlass convertible, a 1961 Oldsmobile Starfire convertible that was black with red top and interior, a 1975 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight convertible and a 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Regional. I guess we all go back in our past and I'm doing just that with this Oldsmobile, I had one like this in the 70's after I returned to civilian life from my tour of duty for Uncle Sam and even though I have had many Oldsmobile’s, the 1968 holds a spot near and dear to my heart.

I just recently purchased this 1968 Oldsmobile 442 which I have plans to completely refurbish during this winter at my our shop Miller & Woy Auto Restoration located here in Manns Choice, Pennsylvania which can be found on the web at http://mwautorestoration.com Presently the car’s color is black, but it was originally Scarlet Red with Pearl White interior and I plan on taking it back to it’s origins. Minor touch up work will be preformed as it was an Arizona car and it has a great body that needs very little to be shown.

I will enjoy driving this ground pounding 442 down the road every chance I get and I will be showing this American muscle car at most of the local meets this coming year plus the Oldsmobile Club America and the National Antique Oldsmobile Club national meets in 2010 as well as the Antique Automobile Club of America events that take place as a wind down during the fall.
And then the new paint job arrived!
